When you complete your payment, you understand and agree to the following terms:

This agreement includes lifetime access to The Bodywork Project materials.

Your purchase includes a minimum of 22 one-hour group calls over 12 months, beginning upon enrollment.

All calls are the first Thursday of each month from noon – 1:00pm EST and are recorded for your convenience. You will have immediate access to the course materials.

This agreement also includes one 5-hour VIP Day of private coaching and mentoring, and 30 days of Voxer and email coaching to begin on the day following your VIP Day.

Upon enrollment, you have 12 months to schedule your VIP Day and your 30-minute 1x1 coaching call.

You will receive your Personalized Website Review recording within one week of your VIP Day.

If you purchase the additional 45-minute private coaching session package with Mindy, those sessions must be completed within 12 months of the day of purchase.

Installment plans: The first payment is due at the time of registration, and the remaining payments will occur automatically on the same day once a month for the duration of the plan. When you enroll, you agree to pay all installments for the duration of your installment plan.

Both The Bodywork Project and the Transformation VIP Program have a no-refunds policy. That means that your payment, including future payments on any applicable payment plans, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of these programs, we ask that you honor your decision to say YES to yourself and your practice. We ask that you honor the time, effort, and intellectual property of Mindy and our team, and we will not be providing any refunds.
